HOW TO APPLY CHANGE OF ADDRESS IN R.C.

NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO BE ENCLOSED

1. Applicant shall apply in Form 33 in duplicate proof for address to be produced.

2. Fees plus Smart card charges plus Service charge for Motor Cycle Rs.500/- and LMV for Rs.650/- ,

3. R.C. book and I.C. has to be enclosed.

4. Current tax has to be paid.

Time required to complete the service is 7 days
